Ashley and Rob got married at the Southern Hotel in Covington, Louisiana on the most gorgeous fall day. There was just enough breeze in the air to perfectly lift Ashley’s gorgeous veil during their portraits. To all future couples getting married in the New Orleans area: take note of how gorgeous the Southern Hotel is! After getting ready onsite, Ashley and Rob had their first look in a private courtyard. We then took advantage of all the beautiful backdrops the Southern Hotel has to offer from the red library room to the pink doors in the garden. Their ceremony, said by Ashley’s brother, was held in the courtyard complete with string lights and a beautiful fountain before we moved inside to the ballroom. After lots of dancing, they ended the night with a second line from Red Wolf Brass Band that went all throughout the hotel and courtyard.
